Data Privacy

What may be collected

Only what is needed for the engagement: name, contact details, employer/establishment details and documents shared for a specific requirement.

Consent

Data is collected and used with client consent and only for the purpose requested. Clients may request withdrawal or deletion subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Security

We will not ask for, record, store or forward OTPs, passwords or PINs. Employer clients should not share portal passwords or DSC PINs.

Disclosure

Personal data is not sold or rented. It is shared only when required by law, court order or government authority.

Scope & Limitations

Guidance, document preparation support and follow-up on recruitment, statutory compliance and corporate HR matters, based on procedures in force at the time.
VOW HR is a private HR and corporate services provider, not a government department, and has no authority over government decisions.
We do not provide formal legal representation or tax advice.
We do not use unofficial or improper means and do not promise special access to any government authority.
We do not guarantee registration, approval or processing timelines, or uninterrupted portal availability.
Fees are stated before service begins and cover professional time and effort, not government decisions.
